I am assured by Jason Maling that Vorticism was an abstract art movement and not the misuse of mystical forces. He would like to think other people are superstitious and as far as I know he has never had his palm read, head felt, or stars charted, although I have seen him ‘touch wood’ on occasion. He says he would be a believer if only someone could convince him. I credit him with average empathy, selective listening skills, and a very well hidden agenda. My time with him was revealing, to say the least.
